Malla Reddy Engineering College and Management Sciences is seeking dynamic educators and administrative professionals to join its academic community for the 2026 recruitment cycle. Established in 2008 under the Vemula Raghava Reddy Lakshmamma Educational Society, this autonomous institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The college offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs including B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA, with a focus on delivering quality technical and management education in a vibrant learning environment.
The current openings encompass both teaching and non-teaching roles. In the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department, vacancies are available at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, covering core streams such as CSE, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) and Data Science. Separate Assistant Professor positions are also open in disciplines including Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management (MBA), Physics and Chemistry. Additionally, the recruitment includes a Non-Teaching Staff position, with eligibility defined by academic qualifications.
Eligibility Criteria
Teaching candidates should meet academic and professional standards as per AICTE norms. For Professors and Associate Professors in the CSE department, a Ph.D. with a strong research and academic record is mandatory. Teaching experience of 2 to 15 years in teaching, research or industry is required across roles. The Non-Teaching Staff position requires a first-division MBA qualification.

Salary Details
Remuneration for all positions will be offered in accordance with AICTE guidelines and the institution’s established pay structures.
