Dhaanish Ahmed Institute of Technology (DAIT), established in 2013, is a Muslim minority institution approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. For the academic year 2025–2026, the institute invites applications for leadership, teaching, and non-teaching positions. Senior roles include Dean Academics, Dean Admissions, Student Counsellor, and Controller of Examinations. Teaching opportunities are available at the Assistant Professor level in Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology. Non-teaching roles include Librarian and Lab Technicians for CSE/IT and related laboratories. [Eligibility Criteria]
- Dean Academics: Ph.D. with more than 10 years of experience
- Dean Admissions: Ph.D. in any discipline with 10 years of experience in admissions
- Student Counsellor: MBA or postgraduate degree in any discipline with 5 years of experience
- Controller of Examinations: More than 10 years of experience in an engineering college; autonomous college experience preferred
- Assistant Professor (CSE): B.E./M.E./MCA/M.Phil
- Assistant Professor (IT): B.Tech/M.Tech
- Librarian: 3–5 years of experience in an engineering college (male candidates preferred)
- Lab Technicians: Qualification in relevant disciplines (CSE/IT or related fields)
[Required expertise/skills]
- Strong knowledge in programming and technical domains including Java, .NET, DevOps, SQL, C, C++, Python
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience in laboratory support, debugging, and technical assistance (for lab roles)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong core subject knowledge
- Familiarity with NAAC, NBA, and autonomous institution processes
- Ability to work effectively in an academic and research-oriented environment
Salary details
- Dean Academics: Above ₹1,00,000 per month
- Dean Admissions: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
- Student Counsellor: Above ₹40,000 per month
- Controller of Examinations: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
- Assistant Professor: ₹4–6 lakh per annum (based on merit)
- Non-teaching positions: ₹2–3 lakh per annum (based on merit)
