Rolls-Royce India is offering a Purchase Operations Internship as part of its Emerging Talent programme. Interns will work alongside Strategic Buyers and cross-functional teams to support core purchase operations, including managing purchase documentation, sourcing events, invoice clearance, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder coordination. The role is designed to translate academic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles into tangible business outcomes, while gaining insight into indirect procurement and enterprise tools such as Coupa. Interns will also engage with ticket-based systems to assist procurement activities and contribute to impactful projects that support Rolls-Royce’s operational needs.
Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate students in Commerce, Management, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in procurement, supply chain management, and related business functions.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes; knowledge of indirect procurement is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement tools is preferred; experience with the Coupa procurement tool is considered an added benefit.
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• This internship opportunity is available exclusively in India, based in Bangalore.
Required expertise/skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills relevant to purchase operations.
