General Description
The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV), part of the prestigious IIM family established in 2015, is inviting applications for the position of Professor of Practice on a contract basis for the 2026-2027 academic year. IIMV is recognized as an Institution of National Importance under the Indian Institutes of Management Act 2017 and is committed to achieving global standards in management education, research, and allied knowledge areas. The institute is located at its temporary, state-of-the-art facility on the Andhra University campus in Visakhapatnam.
The appointment of Professor of Practice may be on a full-time or part-time basis as per the institute’s requirements and will follow broadly the UGC Guidelines for Engaging Professor of Practice in Universities and Colleges. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and contributing to research and strategic initiatives aligned with the institute’s objectives.
