General Description – The college is inviting applications for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor roles in a wide range of departments including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, Radiology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, and other specialties. Appointees will be responsible for classroom instruction, clinical teaching, mentoring students, supervising research projects, and contributing to departmental academic and administrative initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria – Applicants must have relevant medical qualifications (MBBS, MD/MS, or equivalent) along with teaching and clinical experience as per National Medical Commission (NMC) norms. For senior positions, a strong record of academic leadership, research publications, and postgraduate supervision is preferred.
Required Expertise, Skills – Candidates should possess strong academic and clinical expertise, excellent teaching and mentoring skills, and a commitment to research and professional development. Experience in curriculum development, clinical training, and scholarly activities will be an asset.
Salary Details – Remuneration will be offered as per Bhaikaka University/AICTE/NMC guidelines, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and position.
