Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Professor: Master’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 55% marks; PhD is desirable
- Associate Professor: PhD in the relevant discipline with significant teaching and research experience
- Professor: PhD with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership
- Preference given to candidates with NET/SET or equivalent qualifications
Required Expertise/Skills
- Strong knowledge of the relevant engineering discipline
- Effective teaching and communication skills
- Ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student projects
- Demonstrated research experience with publications in recognized journals is preferred
