Selected candidates will be expected to deliver high-quality teaching, supervise student research, develop curricula, contribute to funded research projects, publish in reputed journals, participate in institutional development, accreditation activities, and academic administration, and actively engage in interdisciplinary research and innovation. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational qualifications, teaching experience, research credentials, and other eligibility requirements should be as per UGC/AICTE/Statutory Council norms, applicable to the respective faculty position.
• Candidates should possess an excellent academic record with relevant qualifications for their discipline.
• Higher qualifications, research publications, patents, funded projects, industry experience, and academic leadership experience will be considered desirable where applicable.
• Applicants should demonstrate strong commitment to teaching, research, and institutional development.

Salary Details

• Pay scale and compensation will be as per the norms and rules of COER University.
