K. C. College of Engineering & Management Studies & Research (KCCEMSR), Thane, invites applications from qualified academicians and researchers for faculty positions at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor for the academic year 2026–2027.
KCCEMSR functions under the Excelsior Education Society (EES), an educational and charitable trust committed to academic excellence and student welfare since 1978. The institution focuses on fostering innovation, practical exposure, industry-oriented learning, research excellence, and holistic student development. Established through the vision and contributions of Dr. Harssh Khanna and Late Mr. K. C. Khanna, the institution aims to maximize the educational, intellectual, and moral capabilities of its students.
Faculty vacancies are available in the following departments:
• Computer Engineering
• Information Technology Engineering
• Humanities and Applied Science
Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering effective teaching and academic activities, mentoring students, guiding projects and research initiatives, contributing to curriculum enhancement, supporting departmental growth, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, participating in consultancy and R&D projects, and assisting in accreditation and quality improvement processes. Faculty members will also be expected to strengthen industry collaboration and support institutional development initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
• Ph.D., Master’s Degree, and Bachelor’s Degree with First Class in all preceding degrees in the relevant branch of Engineering or Science.
• Qualifications and experience must be in accordance with AICTE and UGC norms.
• Candidates should possess an exemplary academic record throughout their educational career.
• Relevant teaching, academic, and research experience will be preferred as per AICTE and UGC guidelines.
Required Expertise/Skills
• Strong academic and research background
• Ability to execute research, development, and consultancy projects
• Interest in patents, innovation, entrepreneurship development, and technology transfer initiatives
• Capability to promote industry interaction and value-added programs
• Experience in student mentoring, project supervision, and curriculum development
• Understanding of accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development activities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary academic and research environments
