Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree with M.Ed.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized high school or higher secondary school
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Principal at higher secondary level schools
- Candidates with strong academic and leadership backgrounds will be preferred
Required Expertise/Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and school administration abilities
- Experience in managing academic and operational functions of a school
- Ability to lead and mentor faculty and administrative teams
- Knowledge of curriculum planning and institutional development
