RNA splicing regulation in normal and diseased blood systems

Project Description

This project aims to understand how alternative RNA splicing contributes to hematopoietic development and disease. The postdoctoral researcher will analyze single-cell transcriptomic data to uncover regulatory mechanisms underlying cell fate decisions.

The work integrates computational genomics with biomedical research.

• Bioinformatics and data analysis

• Statistical and computational modeling

Funding & Duration

• Fully funded postdoctoral position

• Duration: 2 years

Candidate Profile

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Genomics, or related field

• Strong computational skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience with RNA-seq or single-cell data

• Interest in translational research
