General Description
The University of Lincoln is recruiting a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) in Mental Health and Wellbeing to contribute to its expanding research activities within the Lincolnshire Unit for Mental Health Research. This full-time, fixed-term position offers an opportunity to engage in high-impact, interdisciplinary research focused on improving mental health outcomes and addressing inequalities across diverse populations.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with academic staff and external partners on funded research projects aimed at advancing understanding of mental health and wellbeing. The role involves contributing to the design, implementation, and dissemination of research, including data collection, analysis, and publication of findings in peer-reviewed journals.
The position supports engagement with stakeholders across healthcare, policy, and community sectors, ensuring research findings inform real-world interventions and service improvements. Applicants should hold a PhD (or be near completion) in a relevant discipline such as psychology, public health, social sciences, or a closely related field.

£38,784 per annum
