Durham University is seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Responsibilities include publishing research findings in leading journals and conferences, presenting at national and international events, assisting in supervision of students where appropriate, and supporting grant-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a PhD (or be close to completion) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related discipline. Candidates should demonstrate a strong research background and evidence of contributions to AI/ML research.

Required Expertise/Skills
Strong knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
Experience with programming languages such as Python or similar
Expertise in data analysis and handling large datasets
Ability to develop and evaluate computational models
Strong publication record or potential to publish in high-quality venues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a research team

Salary Details
£37,099 to £44,263 per annum
