The role also includes overseeing funding opportunities, startup incubation processes, and ensuring the effective functioning of the Idea Lab.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant discipline
- Prior experience in incubation centers, innovation labs, or entrepreneurship development preferred
Required Expertise/Skills
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and incubation processes
- Experience in mentoring startups and managing innovation programs
- Ability to build industry partnerships and collaborations
- Knowledge of funding mechanisms, government schemes, and startup policies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
