Eligibility Criteria
For Head of Department roles, applicants should possess a First Class Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years at the level of Lecturer (SG‑II) or equivalent. Lecturer and Residential Warden candidates are required to hold a First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field. The Physical Director role also calls for a First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with experience appropriate to managing physical education and related activities in an academic context.

Required Expertise, Skills
Applicants should demonstrate strong subject matter expertise in their designated fields and an ability to contribute to academic leadership, teaching quality, student mentoring and campus life. The Residential Warden role further requires skills in student support and community engagement, while the Physical Director position seeks professionals capable of enhancing students’ physical education and wellness programs.
