Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate instruction in accordance with university curricula.

• Mentor and guide students in academic pursuits, practical projects, and career development.

• Participate actively in department research initiatives, accreditation procedures, and continuous institutional growth.

• Technical & Staff Roles: Maintain laboratory infrastructure, oversee campus IT operations, manage hardware/software systems, or direct physical education programs based on the assigned role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualifications and experience as per AICTE and Anna University norms.

• Teaching Positions (Engineering Disciplines): M.E. / M.Tech / Ph.D. in the relevant subject area. Ph.D. is required/preferred for senior faculty roles (Professor and Associate Professor).

• Teaching Positions (Mathematics & Chemistry): M.Sc., with NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred.

• Technical & IT Roles: B.E., B.Sc., or Diploma in the relevant discipline.

• Physical Director: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).

Required expertise/skills:

• Strong subject matter knowledge and passion for teaching and student mentoring. • Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to contribute to research output, consultancy projects, and institutional development.

• Relevant hands-on technical and operational expertise for Lab Technician and System Administrator roles.
