Mahavir Mahavidyalaya, Kolhapur, an autonomous, permanently granted, minority educational institution affiliated with Shivaji University, Kolhapur, operated under Shri Acharyaratna Deshbhooshan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, has announced a faculty recruitment drive. Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering undergraduate lectures in the concerned subject area.
• Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
• Guiding and mentoring students in academic and co-curricular activities.
• Participating in departmental and institutional academic activities.
• Undertaking research and professional development activities as required by the institution.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must hold a Post-Graduate degree in the relevant subject area.
• Qualified in NET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as applicable in the relevant subject.
• Meets all standard UGC and Shivaji University eligibility norms for Assistant Professor posts.
Required expertise/skills:
• Subject expertise in the respective academic discipline History, Physical Education, Economics, Hindi, Marathi, or Education.
• Strong communication, pedagogical, and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to undergraduate teaching, educational research, and holistic student development.
