Eligibility criteria vary by designation as per UGC guidelines and institutional standards:

1. Teaching Associate (General / DDU Kaushal Kendra / Telugu / IESD):

• A Master’s Degree in the relevant/allied discipline with at least 55% marks (a relaxation of 5% from 55% to 50% is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled candidates as per UGC regulations).

• Preference given to candidates who are NET/SLET/SET qualified or hold a Ph.D. Degree. Where NET is not mandatory, candidates with relevant industry or professional experience may be considered as per UGC guidelines.

2. Teaching Associate (B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture – Agroforestry):

• B.Sc. (Agriculture), M.Sc. (Ag) in Agroforestry, and a Ph.D. with specialization in Silviculture and Agroforestry with a minimum First Class in each degree; OR

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in Agroforestry/allied subject along with NET/SLET/SET or UGC-exempted Ph.D. (as per 2009/2016 Regulations); OR

• A Ph.D. from a Top 500 ranked foreign university (QS/THE/ARWU rankings).

3. Instructor / Demonstrator:

• Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or a 3-year Diploma in the relevant discipline/trade from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry, laboratory, workshop, or skill training related to the concerned discipline.

4. Administrative Associate:

• Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks.

• Prior work experience in Universities or Government organizations (open to retired government employees).

• Teaching experience in Higher Educational Institutions.

• Industry or professional experience in the relevant vocational sector.

• Experience in curriculum development, laboratory/workshop instruction, internship coordination, and outcome-based education.

• Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching and learning.

• Relevant National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) / Sector Skill Council certification or equivalent professional certification.

• Experience in conducting practical classes, laboratory management, and student skill assessment.

• Teaching Associate (with Ph.D.): ₹63,000/- per month (fixed)

• Teaching Associate (without Ph.D.): ₹57,000/- per month (fixed)

• Instructor / Demonstrator: ₹54,000/- per month (fixed)

• Administrative Associate: ₹36,600/- per month (fixed) OR Last pay minus pension (for retired employees)
