RVS College of Arts and Science, an autonomous institution in Sulur, is seeking qualified candidates for faculty positions at the levels of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor across various departments. Eligibility Criteria
- A PhD or equivalent degree in the relevant field for Associate Professor positions
- Master’s degree with NET qualification (or equivalent) for Assistant Professor positions, in accordance with UGC and institutional norms
- Demonstrated academic excellence and relevant teaching experience
- Strong research background and publication record (for Associate Professor positions)
- Eligibility to hold faculty positions as per UGC and institutional regulations
Required expertise/skills
- Strong command over the subject and ability to deliver effective lectures and tutorials
- Proven research and publication experience (especially for senior roles)
- Ability to mentor and guide students in academic and research projects
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Capacity to contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
