This position places the Director at the helm of academic strategy and operational leadership for the MBA programme, with a focus on strengthening curriculum relevance, enhancing academic quality standards, and nurturing an environment conducive to scholarly growth and industry engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold an MBA and a Ph.D. in a relevant management discipline, coupled with a substantial record of academic achievement. The role is especially suited for retired professors from premier management institutions such as IIMs, IITs or equivalent, highlighting the institute’s emphasis on strategic leadership and experienced academic stewardship.
