General Description:
The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), recognized as India’s leading Built Environment university, is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for the role of Director for the academic year 2026–2027. NICMAR is renowned for its contributions to construction management and research, developing future leaders and thought innovators in the sector. The Director will provide strategic academic leadership, promote research excellence, and guide faculty and students toward achieving institutional goals. This is a full-time leadership position based at the NICMAR campus in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
Eligibility Criteria:
Completion of undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the relevant discipline with strong academic records
Proven leadership and administrative experience in academic or research institutions
Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and guiding students
Required Expertise/Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated research and academic excellence
Ability to lead and inspire faculty and students
Passion for advancing knowledge in construction management and related disciplines
