• Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with NET/SET or Ph.D. (preferred/required as per norms)

• Candidates must have strong academic credentials and consistent academic performance

Required Expertise/Skills

• Strong academic and subject expertise in relevant discipline
• Proven teaching and curriculum development capability
• Research experience with publications in reputed journals preferred
• Leadership and administrative capabilities (for Dean and senior roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor students and guide academic projects
• Familiarity with outcome-based education and modern pedagogical practices
