General Description:
CIPET, Lucknow, invites applications for multiple Assistant Professor positions in Plastics Engineering & Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, English, and Management. CIPET, formerly known as the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology, was established in 1968 with UNDP assistance to develop skilled manpower in plastics engineering and technology. The appointments are on a contract basis, and selected candidates will contribute to teaching, research, and academic development at the institute.
Eligibility Criteria:
For engineering disciplines: Full-time 1st Class B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the relevant discipline with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
For non-engineering disciplines: Full-time Master’s degree with good academic record and First Class or equivalent GPA in the relevant field.
For Management: Full-time First Class Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Required Expertise/Skills:
Strong academic knowledge in the relevant discipline.
Effective teaching and communication skills.
Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic research.
Salary Details:
Assistant Professor: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Placement Consultant: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated)
