General Description
The Fellow will undertake independent research in experimental psychology, contributing to the discipline’s knowledge base and scholarly discourse. The fellowship encompasses full integration into the intellectual life of Jesus College and may include involvement in seminars, academic activities and collaborative discussions with faculty and students.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be early-career researchers who typically will have completed their doctoral degree in psychology or a closely related discipline. Evidence of research potential and a clear vision for a coherent programme of work in experimental psychology are expected. Familiarity with both teaching and research contexts within higher education will strengthen an application.

Salary Details
The fellowship’s salary starts at Grade 7 point 1 (National Spine Point 29), currently equivalent to £39,424 per annum.
