Eligibility Criteria
For academic posts in Computer Science, IT and AI & DS disciplines, candidates should hold a Master’s degree in the relevant field with first class from a recognised university; for Professor and Associate Professor roles, a Ph.D. in the respective domain is required. In Science and Humanities departments, a Master’s degree with a Ph.D. or a NET/SLET qualification is essential.
Required Expertise, Skills
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage effectively in teaching are expected across all faculty roles. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven interest in research and development, consultancy, promotion of patents, entrepreneurship, innovation, industry linkage, and value-added courses. Experience in exam cell coordination is an added benefit for related roles. For the Hostel Warden position, interpersonal skills, administrative experience, and a supportive approach to student welfare are key.
