General Description – SRMIST Delhi NCR Campus invites applications for full-time faculty roles including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Research Faculty across multiple departments. These positions are envisioned to strengthen the institute’s academic programmes in engineering, science, management, computing, and allied disciplines. Faculty members will play a significant role in delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in research activities, and mentoring students in an inspiring educational ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria – Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in relevant discipline with substantial academic experience:
• Professor: Ph.D. with at least 15 years of post-Ph.D. experience, including a minimum of 3 years as Associate Professor and a demonstrated record of Ph.D. supervision and scholarly contributions.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with at least 8 years of teaching experience, including 3 years as Assistant Professor with evidence of impactful research.
• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 3 years of teaching/research experience.
• Research Faculty: Ph.D. with around 5 years of relevant experience and a strong publication record. Preference may be given to candidates from institutes of national importance, national laboratories, or reputed global institutions.

A passion for teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the institute’s research goals will be valued in all appointments. Faculty members will be expected to engage in scholarly activities, curriculum development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Salary Details – Remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a typical annual range of ₹15 LPA to ₹36 LPA.
