The University of Cambridge is recruiting a Business and Operations Manager to support the operational leadership of one of its academic departments, contributing to the excellence of research, teaching and professional services across the institution. This senior professional services role encompasses strategic and day‑to‑day operational responsibilities, ensuring that finance, human resources, estates, governance and administrative services are delivered effectively and aligned with the department’s mission. The postholder will work closely with senior academic leaders, professional services partners and stakeholders to enhance organisational performance in a complex, research‑intensive environment.

Eligibility Criteria
