Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures, laboratory instruction, and academic mentoring to undergraduate students.

• For leadership roles (Vice Principal, Dean Academics, Research Coordinator, HOD), oversee overall academic administration, research coordination, and departmental management.

• Support institutional compliance, quality control, and accreditation processes, specifically NAAC, NBA, and Autonomous framework implementations.

• Guide students and junior faculty in academic coursework, innovative projects, and research publications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications as per AICTE norms.

• Vice Principal: Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 15 years of academic/administrative experience.

• Dean Academics & Research Coordinator: Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Head of Department (HOD – ECE): Ph.D. degree in ECE with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Professor (CSE): B.E./M.E./Ph.D. in CSE with relevant senior academic experience.

• Associate Professor (CSE): B.E./M.E./Ph.D. in CSE with relevant academic experience.

• Assistant Professor (CSE, FT, ECE): B.E./M.E./M.Tech degree in the relevant subject area. PG graduates in CSE who are freshers are also eligible to apply.

Required expertise/skills

• Strong core subject knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline.

• Essential knowledge and working exposure to NAAC, NBA, and Autonomous institution accreditation processes.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

• Strong leadership, institutional management, and team-handling qualities (especially for senior roles).

• Ability to bring all original educational and experience certificates at the time of interview.

Salary details

• Vice Principal: ₹12,000,00 to ₹16,000,00 per annum

• Dean Academics: ₹12,000,00 to ₹16,000,00 per annum

• Research Coordinator: ₹10,000,00 to ₹15,000,00 per annum

• HOD – ECE: ₹7,000,00 to ₹10,000,00 per annum

• Professor – CSE: ₹12,000,00 to ₹16,000,00 per annum
