Valluvar College of Science and Management (Autonomous), affiliated with Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, invites applications for the positions of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor for the academic year 2026–2027. The institution has been granted Autonomous Status by the UGC effective from the academic year 2025–26 and is accredited with an A+ Grade by NAAC and approved by AICTE.
The college is located on the Karur–Madurai National Highway, approximately 12 km from Karur, in a peaceful and green campus environment. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting classroom teaching with concept clarity, preparing lesson plans and assessments, guiding students in projects and seminars, participating in curriculum development and departmental activities, supporting placement-oriented and skill development initiatives, and maintaining academic quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline
- SLET / NET / M.Phil / Ph.D qualification preferred as applicable
- Relevant teaching experience preferred

Salary Details:
- ₹25,000 per month for Ph.D / SET / NET qualified and experienced candidates
- ₹20,000 per month for M.Phil qualified and experienced candidates
- Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates
