The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering value-added training sessions focused on enhancing students’ technical aptitude, employability skills, communication abilities, reasoning, aptitude development, and industry readiness. Trainers will work closely with students through structured training programs, practical learning methodologies, mock sessions, and career-oriented skill enhancement activities. The role also involves supporting students through hands-on learning, mentoring, and preparing them for placement and competitive opportunities.

• First Class qualification in the relevant discipline
• Candidates with postgraduate qualifications in relevant technical or training-related fields are preferred
• Prior experience in training, technical coaching, aptitude development, placement training, or skill development programs is desirable
• Experienced candidates as well as capable freshers may be considered based on expertise and training ability
