Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline
OR - Master’s degree with NET/SET qualification
Experience Requirements:
- Assistant Professor: 0 to 5 years of experience
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years at Associate Professor level
Required Expertise/Skills
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to conduct research, consultancy, and academic projects
- Capability to guide students in academic and career development
- Experience or interest in placement training, innovation, and value-added courses
- Collaborative approach to institutional and departmental development
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Chennai
