Jahangirabad Educational Trust Group of Institutions (JETGI), an AICTE-approved and AKTU-affiliated educational group located at Jahangirabad Fort, Barabanki, invites applications for the position of HR Manager on a contractual basis. The institution operates a multidisciplinary academic ecosystem offering programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, Arts, Commerce, Management, Mass Communication, and allied fields. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and strengthening the institution’s human resource operations, ensuring efficient talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance management, and organizational development across the campus system.
The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, performance management systems, employee relations, training and development programs, and implementation of institutional HR policies. The selected candidate will also coordinate administrative and institutional activities such as meetings, seminars, and conferences while ensuring adherence to applicable labor laws and internal governance standards. The position requires active engagement in maintaining structured HR records and supporting leadership in strategic workforce planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR management roles
Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational policies, and labor regulations
Proficiency in handling administrative and compliance-related responsibilities
Required Expertise / Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities in HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with HR systems and statutory compliance frameworks
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Experience in employee performance evaluation systems and policy implementation
Capability to coordinate institutional-level administrative activities
Salary details:
