Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess a Ph.D., Master’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with First Class and an exemplary academic record throughout. Eligibility is as per standard norms applicable to engineering education institutions.
Experience Requirements:
Assistant Professor – Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
Associate Professor – Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
Professor – Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as Associate Professor
Candidates with strong research, consultancy, and industry collaboration experience in R&D and intellectual property rights (IPR) will be given preference.
Required Expertise / Skills:
Strong academic and research background in the relevant discipline
Effective teaching, mentoring, and student engagement skills
Ability to contribute to curriculum design and academic development
Research capability with publications and/or consultancy experience preferred
Capacity to support institutional initiatives including placements, innovation, and quality assurance processes
Proficiency in handling academic documentation and evaluation systems
Salary Details:
Salary will be offered as per AICTE norms. Additional benefits include EPF for eligible staff, health insurance coverage, paid summer vacation (up to four weeks), free bus transportation, leave benefits (including casual leave, earned leave, maternity leave, and special leave), monthly salary credit on the first working day, and provision of independent faculty cabins.
