General Description
Bharatiya Engineering Science and Technology Innovation University (BESTIU), established as a private multidisciplinary university, invites applications for faculty appointments for the academic year 2026–27. Eligibility Criteria

• Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with significant teaching, research, and academic leadership experience (typically 10+ years)
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 5–8+ years of teaching/research experience
• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. or Master’s degree with NET/SET or equivalent qualification and relevant teaching/research experience
• Candidates must possess strong academic records and relevant subject specialization
• Experience in interdisciplinary teaching and research is preferred

Required Expertise/Skills

• Strong subject expertise in relevant engineering, science, management, law, or allied disciplines
• Ability to deliver innovative, outcome-based and experiential learning pedagogy
• Research capability with publications in reputed journals preferred
• Skills in curriculum design aligned with modern interdisciplinary education systems
• Strong communication and academic mentoring abilities
• Capacity to engage in industry collaboration, innovation projects, and academic partnerships
• Ability to contribute to institutional development and academic leadership roles
