General Description
MSG’s Arts, Commerce and Science Senior College, Andarsul, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in various disciplines across Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. The institution is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is committed to delivering quality higher education while fostering academic growth and student development.
The recruitment is being conducted for multiple subjects in accordance with sanctioned posts and institutional requirements. Selected candidates will be responsible for undergraduate teaching, student mentoring, curriculum delivery, and participation in academic and administrative activities. Faculty members are also expected to contribute to institutional development, research initiatives, and co-curricular engagement.
Appointments will be made on a clock-hour basis (CHB), following applicable university and government norms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualifications, experience, and eligibility must be as per UGC, Government of Maharashtra, and Savitribai Phule Pune University norms
- Candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade)
- Candidates should have cleared NET/SET or hold a PhD as per UGC regulations
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience

Salary Details
- Remuneration will be paid on a Clock Hour Basis (CHB) as per Government of Maharashtra and university norms
