The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving global business expansion and managing international sales operations. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new market opportunities, developing and executing strategic business plans, and leading international sales initiatives. The position requires building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

The role operates in alignment with international markets, specifically requiring early morning shift hours (3:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST) to support Australian business operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment and engaging with global stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in international sales and business development is mandatory
  • Candidates must be based in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida
  • Applicants with salary expectations above 13 LPA are not eligible
  • Experience in relevant industries or global markets is preferred
