Eligibility Criteria

Strong academic background and credentials as per institutional and regulatory requirements
Required Expertise/Skills
Expertise in the relevant engineering or technology discipline
Proven teaching and research abilities with a track record of publications
Ability to mentor students and junior faculty
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Familiarity with curriculum design, accreditation standards, and outcome-based education is desirable
