Eligibility Criteria
For Assistant Professor: PhD or equivalent in the relevant management discipline; prior teaching or research experience preferred
For Associate Professor: PhD in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 5–7 years of teaching/research experience at recognized institutions
For Professor: PhD in the relevant discipline with extensive teaching, research, and leadership experience; strong publication record expected
Candidates must meet AICTE and UGC norms for faculty appointments
Required Expertise/Skills
Strong subject knowledge in the relevant management field
Proven research ability with publications in reputed journals
Effective teaching and mentoring skills
Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic leadership
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Familiarity with accreditation processes and outcome-based education is desirable
