Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications and experience must be as per AICTE norms
For engineering disciplines: B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the relevant field with first class; PhD is required for Professor and Associate Professor positions and preferred for Assistant Professor
For MBA: MBA with first class; PhD preferred or required as per level
For basic sciences and mathematics: Master’s degree with NET/SET/PhD as per regulatory requirements
Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience as required for the respective position
Required Expertise/Skills
Strong subject knowledge in the relevant discipline
Demonstrated teaching ability and commitment to student success
Research aptitude with publications in reputed journals (especially for senior roles)
Ability to contribute to curriculum design and academic development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with outcome-based education and accreditation processes is desirable
Salary Details
