General Description

Eligibility Criteria

• Teaching Faculty: A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade; NET/SET qualification or PhD in the relevant discipline is preferred
• Non-Teaching Faculty: Relevant qualifications and experience in administration, management, or support services
• Prior experience in academic or administrative roles is desirable
• Compliance with University Grants Commission (UGC) and institutional guidelines for faculty and staff appointments

Required Expertise/Skills

• Strong subject knowledge for teaching roles and relevant administrative skills for non-teaching roles
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage academic or administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Commitment to professional development and contribution to institutional growth
• Teamwork and collaboration with colleagues, students, and external partners
• For teaching roles: experience in curriculum development, research, and mentoring students
