General Description
The University of St Andrews invites applications for a prestigious PhD Studentship under its World‑Leading Scholarship programme within the School of English. This fully funded doctoral award supports outstanding candidates to undertake original research in English literature, language, or related interdisciplinary fields. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold (or expect to obtain) a relevant Master’s degree with a record of strong academic achievement. Applications are welcomed from UK, EU, and international students; candidates must be eligible to register for a doctoral programme at the University of St Andrews. The award cannot be held concurrently with another full‑time funded studentship.
