General Description
CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT), established in 2000, is a premier engineering and management institute committed to fostering innovation, analytical skills, and creative thinking among students. Accredited with NAAC A++ and ranked 151–200 in the NIRF Engineering Band, CMRIT is part of the CMR Group of Institutions, a conglomerate offering educational programs from Montessori to PhD. The institute is seeking faculty for the Departments of CSE, ISE, AI & ML, and AI & DS for the 2025–26 academic year. Selected faculty will contribute to teaching, research, and industry collaboration in a progressive academic environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Professor: ME/M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, AI & ML, AI & DS, or Cyber Security with First Class or equivalent, with a strong academic record and research publications.
Associate Professor: Qualifications same as Assistant Professor, plus a Doctoral degree with at least 5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
Professor: Qualifications same as Associate Professor, plus minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (with at least 5 years at Associate Professor level) or minimum 13 years overall experience.
Required expertise/skills
Strong academic and research record with relevant publications.
Ability to teach, mentor students, and engage in departmental development.
Experience in research, industry collaboration, and project supervision.
