General Description
Groww is offering an engaging AI & MarTech Internship within its Growth team in Bengaluru. This position is designed for students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to the intersection of artificial intelligence, marketing technology, and growth strategy. Interns will work on prototyping and deploying AI-powered workflows to enhance content customization, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include developing automation scripts, collaborating with engineering and data teams, and independently executing small projects from concept through delivery. The internship provides a real-world business environment to explore growth marketing strategies, MarTech systems, and AI/ML applications in a dynamic fintech context.
Eligibility Criteria
• Intermediate skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
