This opportunity encompasses both teaching faculty and non-teaching staff to support the institution’s educational mission. Faculty appointments span senior leadership to instructional positions, while support roles cover key operational and student-services functions within the institute. Eligibility Criteria
• Director/Professor candidates should hold an MBA or Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years’ experience at senior academic levels.
• Associate Professors must possess MBA & Ph.D. with at least 7 years’ experience as Assistant Professor.
• Assistant Professors should hold MBA & Ph.D., with relevant teaching experience desirable.
• Administrative roles such as Director Admissions, Manager Admissions, Registrar, Librarian, Lab Technician (IT), Receptionist, Sports Officer, HR, and Hostel Warden require relevant academic qualifications and minimum years of experience specified per role (typically 5–7 years).
• All applicants should demonstrate a strong academic record and meet the specific qualification requirements for the respective designation as per AICTE/AKTU norms.
Required expertise/skills
Applicants should exhibit excellent communication, a passion for education, and the ability to guide and mentor students effectively. Candidates for faculty positions are expected to demonstrate scholarly engagement and research capability. For administrative and technical positions, relevant practical experience and professionalism in managing institutional operations are essential.
Salary details
Remuneration is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience, in accordance with institutional compensation structures.
