If you have not received your Invitation ID or Reference Code, please contact the RFCSR Editorial Office before proceeding.

Submissions that do not follow the guidelines may have a higher likelihood of rejection.

Upload limit: 10 MB. Accepted file types: .doc and .docx.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a submission deadline?

Yes. Invited authors must submit their completed files within the editorial deadline or time frame communicated by the Science Factors Editorial Office. Invitations are valid only for the defined submission period and may expire or be withdrawn after the deadline.

If additional time is required, the corresponding author should contact the editorial office before the deadline. Please include the corresponding author’s full name, article title, invited section, and reason for the extension request. Extension approval is not automatic and depends on editorial scheduling.

This submission portal is for invited authors only. Authors should submit through this portal only after receiving an invitation from the Science Factors Editorial Team, RFCSR Communication Head, or RFCSR Office.

For every submission, authors must upload completed file: Article File. This file should be prepared using the official Science Factors article template.

The Article File should include.

[PART A] The article title, main article text, subheadings, pull quotes, figures/captions if applicable, selected references or DOI links, and the short contribution note.

[PART B] Include corresponding author details, co-author details if applicable, author order, affiliations, areas of expertise, profile links, author photo information, and required declarations.

No, Authors are requested to use the official templates to ensure consistency, completeness, and smooth editorial processing. Please keep the original template structure unchanged.

The high-resolution author photos, figures, diagrams, or images may be uploaded with article file.

Alternatively, the Editorial Team may request you to send them directly. Please ensure that permissions are available for any reused or adapted visuals.

If revisions are required, the editorial team may contact the corresponding author. Please do not submit multiple versions unless requested. For important corrections after submission, contact the editorial team with your article title and corresponding author name.
